I love fall and harvest time!
Despite the lack of time to spend in the garden this summer we still got a bounteous harvest. Here is some of the yummy food we will be feasting on this winter:
Relish made from cucumbers, peppers and onions.
Dill pickles with fresh dill from Brad's herb garden.
Lots of cucumbers this year.
Beautiful red tomatoes that I turned into catsup, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, salsa, and diced tomatoes.
Peaches from Utah and Pears from Boise area
Bell peppers and "hot" peppers
Beautiful and tasty apples.
